At MAID IN BLOOM, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed using fresh, seasonal blooms. Because flowers are perishable and delicate by nature, we maintain the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds. Each arrangement is custom-prepared and made to order.
Store Credit Consideration
Should there be a concern with a locally delivered fresh bouquet, we may offer store credit only, at our discretion, under the conditions below:

Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the arrangement are required.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

The arrangement must remain in its original condition.
This policy applies to local fresh flower deliveries only. Dried florals, preserved pieces, custom event work, and specialty orders are final sale.
Fresh Flower Care
Flowers are living products, and their longevity depends heavily on environment and care. Variations in temperature, sunlight, airflow, and maintenance will affect lifespan.
For optimal freshness:

Place your bouquet in water immediately upon receipt.

Do not leave flowers out of water for extended periods.

Keep arrangements indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Refresh water and trim stems regularly.
Flowers left without water for hours will significantly reduce their lifespan and void eligibility for store credit consideration.
