TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 02/01/2026
Welcome to MAID IN BLOOM. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview
This website is operated by MAID IN BLOOM. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MAID IN BLOOM. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
All floral arrangements are custom-designed using seasonal, fresh blooms. Substitutions may be necessary due to availability, seasonality, or quality standards. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, product longevity cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to:
-
Limit or refuse service to anyone for any reason
-
Modify or discontinue products without notice
-
Adjust pricing at any time
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
-
Delivery address
-
Contact information
-
Card messages
-
Delivery date
MAID IN BLOOM is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
If a delivery must be re-attempted due to customer error, additional delivery fees may apply.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
-
Weather conditions
-
Traffic disruptions
-
Incorrect delivery information
-
Recipient unavailability
Once an arrangement has been successfully delivered to the address provided, MAID IN BLOOM is no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers.
5. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds. Store credit may be issued at our discretion for locally delivered fresh flower arrangements reported within 48 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Flower Care Responsibility
Fresh flowers must be placed in water immediately after delivery or pickup.
Failure to properly care for arrangements—including leaving flowers out of water for extended periods—voids eligibility for store credit consideration.
Longevity varies based on environmental conditions and care practices.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, logos, branding, designs, text, and graphics—is the property of MAID IN BLOOM and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
