Local Flower Delivery
Fresh flower arrangements are available for local delivery only.

Deliveries are completed by 8:00 PM on the selected delivery date.

We personally deliver each arrangement with care to ensure quality and presentation.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email, text, or phone using the contact information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
Shipping of Preserved & Dried Florals
Preserved and dried arrangements are eligible for shipping within the United States.

Shipping speed options (including next-day or expedited services) are paid for at checkout. We purchase and provide the shipping service selected.
Important Shipping Disclaimer
Once an order has been handed over to the selected carrier:

Delays caused by the shipping provider are outside of our control.
While we pay for and ship using the service selected (including expedited options), carriers may experience delays due to weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, we will assist you in filing a claim and communicating with the carrier. However, the shipping provider is responsible for transit times and delivery performance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to them.
Incorrect Shipping Information
MAID IN BLOOM is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Severe weather, natural events, and carrier service disruptions may affect shipping timelines. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
